The Scottish Government’s Digital Health and Care Directorate are working on a new programme, delivered in partnership with the Scottish Council for Voluntary Organisations, that will focus on digital inclusion across two areas, mental health and housing. The programme aims to develop, test and implement a range of digital inclusion models that enable people to access housing supports and wider services, and feel empowered, digitally confident and experience improved wellbeing through the wider opportunities and connections to communities that digital inclusion brings.

In an online stakeholder event om 2 March, the Technology Enabled Care programme (TEC) is looking to bring together people and organisations from across Scotland who are working in the housing sector and are involved in supporting people to access digital services*.

During the event, TEC will introduce the new programme, create space for discussion to hear about your work and experiences that relate to digital inclusion in housing and where there are areas of greatest need and opportunities that will be important for this programme to focus on.
