The Scottish Government launched this consultation in June this year following a review of Housing for Varying Needs which is now 25 years old. The consultation proposes updates to Part 1 of Housing for Varying Needs and introduces principles to underpin the all-tenure Scottish Accessible Homes Standard and updates to building standards for all new build homes and homes delivered through conversion into Housing.

Come along to our webinar for members on 27 September, 14:00-16:00 to discuss the key proposals, the implications for members and help inform our response to the consultation.

Scottish Government will be in attendance as well as speakers Paul Bellamy, Head of Property at Blackwood Homes and Care, and Michael Jarvis, Director of MAST Architects.
