Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Roundtable – 14 May

SFHA is hosting an Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Roundtable with members from 14:00 - 15:30 on Tuesday 14 May.  The roundtable intends to explore together the opportunities and challenges connected with effective EDI policy and practice in our sector. In this session, attendees can: 

• discuss EDI objectives for your organisations and the social housing sector 
• exchange resources for support 
• ask for reflections on EDI strategies from those who are already progressing plans 
• ask and answer questions to/from peers about approaches to EDI 
• understand barriers to and lessons learned about successfully formulating/implementing meaningful EDI strategies 

At SFHA, we are in the early stages of undertaking our own EDI improvement strategy and will look forward to working with colleagues to share ideas, good practice, and areas for growth. We will also ask you for feedback on your experience as members of SFHA, with a focus on the accessibility and inclusivity of our events for this first meeting.  

Participation is open to all members and all stages of EDI strategy development. We’ll look forward to seeing some of you there.
