Factoring Conference to reflect on maintaining and improving tenement stock

Three years on from the Scottish Government’s response to the report by the Scottish Parliamentary Working Group on Tenements, the Scottish Factoring Network Conference, on 14 December, will reflect on the progress to date and the additional requirements around energy efficiency and zero-emissions heat.
The Scottish Factoring Network, a partnership between SFHA, SHARE and GWSF, exists to provide individuals and organisations that deliver factoring services a platform for shared learning and practice exchange.
Programme highlights include:
- Developing appropriate benchmarking for factoring services
- Maintaining and improving Scotland’s tenement stock
- Next steps for building reserve funds
- Barriers and solutions to residential cycle storage.
