Fife Housing Group awarded Investors in People (IIP) Platinum status

Fife Housing Group has announced that it has achieved the Investors in People (IIP) Platinum Accreditation.
For almost three decades, Investors in People has been acknowledged internationally as a leading people accreditation, assessing over 50,000 organisations in 66 different countries. With a framework designed to help leaders, employees and companies work together to create an effective environment, the Platinum Award represents a true commitment to best practice and a recognition investing in your people is not only the right thing to do but also essential to deliver sustainable results.
Commenting on the award Chief Executive, Nicki Donaldson, said: “This accreditation recognises our understanding that our colleagues are our most valuable asset and acknowledges our commitment to investing in supporting and developing the people and teams within the organisation who make a difference for our tenants and other customers every day.
