The Scottish Federation of Housing Associations (SFHA) has welcomed Harmony Fire as a new sector-leading partner, joining forces to support housing associations across Scotland in delivering best-in-class fire safety standards.

With a proven track record and extensive experience working with a large percentage of Housing Associations and Local Authorities across the UK—including many of the influential G15 group—Harmony Fire brings unmatched expertise in fire safety consultancy, compliance, and in-house construction and manufacturing capability. Their addition to SFHA’s partnership network strengthens the support available to our members as they navigate increasing safety requirements and strive for excellence in building standards.

As the housing sector continues to evolve in response to new regulatory frameworks and post-Grenfell scrutiny, having the right partners has never been more critical. Harmony Fire’s collaborative approach ensures tailored, high-quality solutions—helping housing providers stay compliant while prioritising tenant safety.

Expanding Across Scotland

Though Harmony Fire’s roots are in serving housing associations across England and Wales, their Scottish footprint is growing rapidly. They are now actively working with several forward-thinking organisations across Scotland, including The City of Edinburgh Council, Fife Council, North Lanarkshire Council and Aberdeen City Council — demonstrating their commitment to investing in and understanding the specific needs of the Scottish housing landscape.

By integrating consultancy and delivery under one roof, Harmony Fire offers a seamless, end-to-end solution for housing providers—reducing complexity, ensuring consistency, and delivering with efficiency. Their integrated approach helps simplify fire safety compliance for housing associations of all sizes.
