SFHA recently commissioned Perceptive Communicators to carry out research with our members to help shape our new strategy. The research aims to ensure that your needs are addressed for the next three years.
The first stage of this research was a series of 20 in-depth interviews with member CEOs, recruited from a random sample of SFHA's membership.
The second stage of this research involves a short online survey which will help SFHA to hear from a wider audience.
So far, SFHA has received a low number of responses from member CEOs. In order to ensure our strategy is as representative as possible, it’s vital that more members and particularly CEOs respond, so we would urge you to take part (even if you already took part in a telephone in-depth interview) and to encourage your colleagues to also do so. While the short online survey is aimed at CEOs, directors, managers and chairs, other staff and governing body members are also welcome to take part.

The survey closes on Monday 22 March at 17:00.
The survey should take no longer than 10 minutes. Everyone who takes part has the option to enter a prize draw for a £50 charity voucher.
