Hillcrest welcomes 12 new apprentices across the organisation

Hillcrest is delighted to welcome 12 new apprentices who have joined its teams across Hillcrest Homes, Hillcrest Enterprises and Hillcrest Maintenance. These talented individuals bring fresh energy, enthusiasm and a wide range of skills to Hillcrest, marking an exciting step in their career journeys and the organisation's commitment to nurturing future talent.

Seven apprentices have joined Hillcrest Homes and Hillcrest Enterprises, while five have started their roles within Hillcrest Maintenance. Their apprenticeships span a variety of disciplines, including:

• Communications and Marketing
• Customer Services
• Asset Management
• Income Management and Engagement
• Tenant Services
• Housing
• Trades

Each apprentice will gain hands-on experience, professional development and tailored support as they contribute to its mission of delivering high-quality services and support to communities.
