Councils and Registered Social Landlords will be able to apply for Scottish Government funding to bring properties into use and increase the supply of housing for those fleeing the conflict in Ukraine.
Today the Scottish Government announced a fund of up to £50 million for Councils and Housing Associations to bring properties into use and increase the supply of housing for people escaping the conflict in Ukraine.
This follows a joint call by SFHA and other organisations for emergency action to tackle the crisis. We hope this fund may go some way towards alleviating the pressure on local systems, allowing them to provide appropriate housing solutions for refugees.
