Join our next Finance Forum with a focus on rent and affordability

Our next SFHA Finance Forum will be held on Tuesday 18 June at 10:00 – 12noon. You can register to attend at: Finance Forum - June 24
The focus of the Forum will be a discussion on rent setting and affordability, based on SFHA’s 2024/25 Rent Setting and Affordability Report. An update will also be provided on the work of the Scottish Government’s Housing Affordability Working Group, including emerging recommendations.
In addition, we will receive updates from the Social Housing Regulator, a technical update from RSM, and an overview of SFHA policy news.
The Forum is open to all SFHA members with an interest in social housing finance.
