At last year’s Finance Conference, we bid farewell to Ian Brennan in our popular session with the Scottish Housing Regulator (SHR).
This year, Helen Shaw, the SHR’s new Director of Regulation will join our Policy Lead Shona Mitchell to discuss the economic landscape for RSLs, the current work and priorities of the regulator and what the sector could see in the year ahead. Helen will also take questions from the audience as part of the session.
Meet the speaker
Helen Shaw was appointed Director of Regulation at the SHR in January 2022, having previously worked at the regulator for a number of years as Assistant Director.
Helen leads the Regulation Group within SHR which is responsible for monitoring, assessing and reporting on the performance of social landlords and the financial health and governance of RSLs.
