Last chance to book: HR and People Forum
New forum launched for SFHA members.
New forum launched for SFHA members.
Following on from SFHA's HR and People Conference last year, members expressed interest in there being an opportunity to network with those responsible for HR in housing associations and co-operatives. In response to this, SFHA is launching a quarterly HR and People Forum. Attendees will be able to learn about topical issues, share good practice, and discuss challenges in a confidential space.
The forum will take place on 18 February and will be held virtually on Microsoft Teams. Joining the forum will be Julie Reekie from CrossReach who will speak at our inaugural event on home working and resilience.
CrossReach has launched a social enterprise called Confidential Conversations which helps businesses and community service organisations support the wellbeing of their workforce by providing counselling, external supervision and workshops to employees and service users.
Following a presentation, with an opportunity to ask questions, the facilitator of this forum, Stephanie Harper will invite attendees to ask questions about any ‘hot topics’ and a discussion will be held to explore what others are doing.
To book your place to attend this forum, please follow this link (please note, the joining instructions will follow 24 hours prior to the forum taking place).
If you have any questions relating to this forum, or any of our other forums, please contact SFHA Membership Engagement Lead Gillian Duddy by emailing gduddy@sfha.co.uk
