The countdown to Christmas has officially started now that the John Lewis Christmas advert is out. This time around, I want to tell you about our hot off the press lunch and Learn event coming up in December and our new TSG Training courses that are available. I’ll also be recapping on November’s partner events with SFHA for those of you who missed out.

Upcoming events:

1. Lunch and Learn: The Next Generation of TSG’s EDRM, Tuesday 13 December, 12:30

If you didn't already know, TSG’s Housing Electronic Document and Records Management (EDRM) solution, based on M365 and SharePoint Online, is now recognised as one of the preferred solutions in the housing sector, something which we’re extremely proud of.

I am excited to share with you that we have been working on a 'business version' of our original Housing EDRM solution to fulfil the needs of the wider business, such as for human resources, development, etc. It will have all the automatic filing features, compliance and capabilities that you know and love, enhanced to provide a unified approach to business-wide document management requirements.

Prior to the launch of our highly anticipated EDRM Business, I’m delighted to invite you to our upcoming lunch and learn event on Tuesday 13 December, where we'll be giving you a sneak peak of its new, exciting capabilities and how they can be configured for use across your business.

You can check out all the details and register here.

SFHA partner events:

1. SFHA IT and Digital Network event

Earlier this month, we hosted our first partner event with SFHA. Tony Hughes, TSG’s Housing Lead for Microsoft Solutions, walked us through what is possible with Microsoft 365, including how it can help:
  • streamline processes
  • meet governance and compliance requirements
  • maximise the return on investment from Microsoft licenses

He also provided insight on how the housing associations we work with are moving infrastructure and applications to the cloud and how this can be achieved.

Don’t worry if you couldn’t make the session, you can catch up on the recording here. If you have any questions about the topics discussed, please fire away.

2. SFHA Finance Conference 2022

Last but not least, TSG attended SFHA’s Finance Conference for the first time and hosted our very own breakout session.

Steven Osprey, TSG’s Director of Microsoft Solutions, and Roz Haughey, Customer Success Manager, had a fantastic time as they delivered TSG’s well-attended breakout session and enjoyed catching up with some familiar faces and meeting many new ones.

You can check out Steven and Roz’s presentation here.
