The Scottish SPCA has brought together a number of partners, including SFHA, to create an action plan on how to keep tenants and their pets together.
The Scottish SPCA has teamed up with multiple agencies to form a partnership that supports keeping pets and tenants together, helping to protect the human-animal bond.
Its survey is for tenants, landlords and those seeking refuge to identify the areas where support is needed.
The Scottish SPCA is carrying out this research. No personal information that could identify individuals will be collected, so people taking part can be assured that their involvement is completely anonymous.
The findings will enable potential supportive measures that could be put in place to support people and their pets and those providing ‘pet-friendly’ accommodation
In order to take part, people need to be at least 18 years old and currently living in Scotland. Please share this with any partners or individuals this may apply to. The survey and full details can be found here: https://www.smartsurvey.co.uk/s/ScottishSPCAPetsandtenantstogether/
