The Rubicon 2040 Harris Group
Following a successful run of webinars for SFHA members last year, The Rubicon Partnership received feedback that indicated a need to offer an initiative that supports committed and ambitious leaders in housing. It launched ‘The Rubicon 2040 Harris Group’, an initiative for Scottish housing executives. The initiative combines one-to-one executive coaching with peer group learning in the form of live monthly masterclasses, delivered online, bringing executives, from all over the country, together to re?ect on the issues most pertinent to the sector and to problem-solve with fellow colleagues in housing.

To give SFHA members an opportunity to experience one of its masterclasses and find out more about its services and ‘The Rubicon 2040 Harris Group’, The Rubicon Partnership is holding two complementary executive breakfast sessions, exclusively for housing executives. The masterclass will be on the topic of ‘Heroic Empowerment’ and will discuss practices that create an empowered workforce and how to foster accountability, fairness, innovation, high performance and boost morale in organisations.
