A secondment opportunity for an experienced communications professional has arisen with Hillcrest Homes to lead its Communications and Fundraising team.

Due to maternity cover, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced communications professional to lead Hillcrest’s Communication and Fundraising Team. A one year temporary contract, Hillcrest are looking to recruit the right person, commencing in October 2021 and is keen to explore the potential for this to be offered on an external secondment basis with other RSLs.
 
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the communications and fundraising functions across four companies of a large, diverse and continually evolving organisation.
 
Hillcrest is looking for someone with significant communications experience, who has the capability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment to ensure that the organisation’s objectives are met. 
Hillcrest is moving to a hybrid way of working, so time will be spent between home and our HQ in Dundee. 

Hillcrest would ask that you have discussed this secondment opportunity with your current line manager, and they are agreeable to exploring this further.
