I’ll be discussing why engaging with tenants and residents is key to the future of good homes and services, and how we engage needs to adapt and change.
What does a resilient organisation look like to you?
A resilient organisation to me means adapting to chaging circumstances in partnership with all the key players. Tenants should be at the heart of change.
Has the pandemic changed our working practices forever?
Yes, but is that bad? No.
What simple actions can organisations take to make a difference to staff wellbeing?
Work in partnership with staff to ensure their views and ideas are part of a successful transition to future working.
