SFHA calls for range of measures ahead of Programme for Government
Scottish Government to set out its annual priorities next month
SFHA has been working with politicians across the political parties ahead of Scottish Government setting out their Programme for Government in early September.
Programme for Government sets out the First Minister’s priorities for the year ahead, so is a key opportunity to influence and engage.
In our briefing to MSPs, we set out the range of actions that Scottish Government should be prioritising to support social homes and social tenants, from ensuring tenants aren’t in hardship to providing fair net zero standards and certainty on Mid-Market Rents status in the Housing Bill.
SFHA have also discussed key priorities with the First Minister and other government representatives.
