SFHA Governance Guidance Review – Remaining Block 1 Documents Now Available

As part of the ongoing review of SFHA Governance Guidance, SFHA is pleased to make available to members the next three updated documents: 

• Governing Body Members' Annual Review Guidance
• Senior Staff Succession Planning Guidance
• Governing Body Succession Planning and Recruitment Guidance

The documents have been reviewed with input from a group of SFHA members – and are the last of five documents that SFHA has published as part of Block One in the review process. SFHA would like to once again say a huge thank you to all of those who were involved in the Block One review group and to all of those who provided case studies/examples for inclusion. 

Refreshed Model Role Descriptions for Governing Body Members and Office Bearers and a Governing Body Members' Guide were also published last week (5 February 2021).
