Remote Management: Tips and Best Practice, 4 May
Most businesses have been working from home for over a year. As we begin to transition from this challenging period and consider blended approaches to our working lives – what does this mean for managers?
How can we ensure that we effectively continue to track progress, assign tasks, encourage ownership, solve issues and be on hand to answer any questions when we’re not in the same office?
Join SFHA Director of Operations Sara Jackson on 4 May as she talks about the lessons she learned from managing the SFHA team remotely and how she has supported teams and managers to overcome challenges.
Sara will share best practice tips on 1:1s, team meetings and all staff meetings. She will also discuss how you can create a feeling of connectedness, engagement and social interaction.
