SFHA’s 2022 Energy and Net Zero Conference will explore solutions to the affordable warmth challenges which many will face this winter alongside the support needed to deliver the transition to net zero in a fair and just way.
This will showcase examples of collaborative and tenant-led projects, including those being delivered by SFHA strategic partners and conference sponsors, Changeworks and Warmworks, and the funding and finance mechanisms needed to support retrofit activity at scale.

An SFHA, SHARE and GWSF partnership forms the Scottish Factoring Network which provides support for housing practitioners and social housing organisations that are involved in delivering factoring services to owners.
Returning for the first time since 2019, the conference will provide delegates with an update on policy and legal developments through strategic plenary sessions as well as providing pragmatic operational advice with a selection of practical workshops.
The conference offers an excellent opportunity for delegates to network with others working in factoring, from around the country, and to get face-to-face expert opinion on issues surrounding factoring.
