Following the agreed Statement of Intent and rent consultations, we are keen to understand the national landscape on rents. We’re very aware that the Scottish Housing Regulator has sought this information, however that data won’t be available for some weeks. Having a picture of rents more quickly will aid ongoing discussions with Scottish Government in the meantime.
