Carolyn Lochhead, Director of External Affairs, spoke as part of a panel addressing the housing emergency on the main stage of the event outlining that the sector needed support for our social homes now more than ever.
Speaking alongside Miles Briggs MSP, the Scottish Conservatives spokesperson on Housing, Homes for Scotland, CIH and Crisis, she set out that the housing emergency means many people who are in work can’t afford to choose either to buy or rent a decent home.

STV filmed much of the event, which will appear as part of their ongoing series on the housing crisis.
