HACT is working with Settle, Sovereign and WHG to create a framework for understanding the resilience of residents in a social housing context. To support our research, we are conducting a short survey to understand how resilience is understood and measured in the sector.

We are very keen that the survey gathers views from right across the UK housing sector and from housing associations of different geographies and sizes.

We are also are putting out a call for evidence to the social housing sector. We are inviting housing providers to send us any supporting documents or research that considers the resilience of residents and communities. This could be research, resources or documents your organisation has created itself or external resources relating to resilience that you have come across and found useful.

If would like to share any internal documents with us that are confidential, we are happy to look at background information and not to quote or reference anywhere specifically.

The survey should take 10 minutes to complete.

Please send any documents to me by emailing michael.mclaughlin@hact.org.uk
