Educated to degree level in business, Dan has over 15 years of direct people management experience.
His background includes customer service, new product development, agile process implementation and system integrations. He is fully qualified in using the SDI tool to develop self-awareness, emotional intelligence and behaviour change. He is in demand as a coach and mentor, where his practical examples and ability to apply real-life experience to the challenges raised is of great value to his clients.
