Could your project be crowned Retrofit of the Year?

This new award celebrates the best rural housing upgrades, making homes warmer, greener, and better to live in.

The award is in memory of Councillor Robin Currie who sadly passed away last year. Robin gave decades of service to the tenants and residents of Argyll and was a regular attendee at the Scottish Rural and Islands Housing Conference.

Entering is simple: just send us a short PowerPoint (max three slides) covering your project overview, before/after photos, who was involved, and the benefits for tenants and communities.

All entries will be displayed at the conference, with delegates voting for the winner.

Retrofits must be completed between March 2024 – March 2025

Send entries to kdevin@sfha.co.uk or mstephen@sfha.co.uk by Wednesday 1 October.
