Partnership Action for Continuing Employment (PACE) is the Scottish Government’s initiative dedicated to helping people with the advice and support they need when faced with redundancy.
PACE is made up of partner organisations such as Jobcentre Plus, local authorities, Citizens Advice and learning providers who can provide local, impartial advice and help manage the stress which comes with facing redundancy. PACE support is free, confidential, and can help with next steps following redundancy.
