The social housing sector supports some of the most vulnerable and socially excluded people in our communities. We are uniquely placed to help reduce health inequalities for people living across Scotland through the provision of safe and warm homes. The World Health Organization has highlighted that poor housing conditions are one of the main mechanisms through which social and environmental inequality leads to health inequality.

SFHA's TECH programme will host its own Digi fest 2022 satellite session.

In this weinar we will discuss what makes a sustainable home and explore the relationship between housing, heat, and health including how the Internet of Things (IoT) and environmental sensors can be implemented to improve the health and wellbeing of tenants.
