Changeworks is conducting research to better understand how social housing providers make investment decisions, particularly in relation to retrofit and its potential co-benefits. They are keen to hear from housing associations and social housing providers across Scotland to gain insights into the processes and factors that shape decision-making.

Currently, they are looking for participants to take part in a focus group /or interview. Your participation will help them to explore:

  • How investment decisions are made within your housing association
  • The factors that influence decision-making
  • Whether and how retrofit co-benefits (such as health, comfort, or energy savings) are connected to your priorities
  • Ideas on how these co-benefits could be better integrated into decision-making processes

As a thank you for taking part, participants will receive early access to the research findings, which may provide useful insights for shaping your own investment strategies.
