West Granton Housing Co-operative (WGHC) has appointed Donald Martin as its new Housing Manager.
Based in North Edinburgh, WGHC is a small community-based fully mutual housing co-operative with 372 tenants.
The role forms part of the organisation’s Senior Management Team and Donald Martin has overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the Housing Team.
Mr Martin holds a diploma in housing studies, is a corporate member of the Chartered Institute of Housing and joins the co-operative with significant management experience, having served almost 30 years within the sector. He has also previously sat on the management boards of Edindex and Barony Housing Association.
