The SFHA Collaborative Careers Network brings together housing sector professionals to share ideas and find practical solutions for attracting, retaining, and developing staff.

At our February meeting, we will focus on building digital confidence across teams. Technology is now central to delivering safe, efficient, and person-centred housing services, yet many staff feel unsure or overwhelmed by digital change. This session will explore how organisations can support staff at all levels, from new entrants to experienced colleagues, to feel capable and confident in using digital tools that improve tenant outcomes.

The session will be led by Stephanie Elliot, Head of Operations – Smart Housing, who will share simple, people-focused strategies for helping teams embrace digital change while feeling supported and empowered.

The network meeting will take place online on Thursday 12 February from 14:00–15:00. It is ideal for SFHA members involved in attracting talent, developing staff, and supporting workforce retention. We also warmly encourage young professionals and those new to the sector to attend.

Join us next week to connect, share, and learn practical ways to build a digitally confident housing workforce.
