Maintenance Officer
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 35 hours per week
Location: Edinburgh, hybrid working

About the role:
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Officer to join our committed and enthusiastic maintenance team. You will work to support an excellent service to our tenants, specifically by providing reactive repairs, office management and minor insurance claims management.
We are looking for someone who has experience in a similar role, of working with contractors, developing works specifications, following procurement practices, working with tenants and owners to agree reactive repairs works and managing works to agreed budgets.
This role will be trained as a core software system (MRI) superuser
About you:
You must:
- Have at least 3 years’ experience of working in a technical role in housing construction
- Have experience of using a computer based integrated customer management system
- Be educated to Scottish Credit and Qualifications Framework level 7 in a relevant subject
- Have demonstrable experience with housing management systems
