Join Thenue Housing Association’s Eleanor Derbyshire, West of Scotland Housing Association’s Andrew Kubski and consultant Graham Harper as we explore the delivery challenges shaping the sector and hear strategies to overcome them.

With just under a month to go, don’t miss this opportunity to hear from the diverse perspectives of the panel.

Meet the speakers:

Andrew Kubski, West of Scotland Housing Association

Andrew Kubski is a chartered surveyor with around 30 years in the property industry in the private, public and housing association sectors.

Since his appointment in 2018 as the Director of Development & Asset Management at West of Scotland Housing Association his team has delivered over 500 high quality units in Glasgow, South Lanarkshire and South Ayrshire, including Scotland’s two largest Passivhaus development at Springfield Cross and Dundashill in Glasgow totalling 144 units constructed to this standard.

Graham Harper, Consultant

Graham Harper has been in social housing development for over 25 years. Following senior positions with the then Canmore and then Viewpoint Housing Associations he formed Graham Harper Consulting in 2010.

He provides development services to RSLs of varying sizes across Scotland. He has assisted the SFHA from time to time with development policy advice. He delivered Canmore’s “Slateford Green” project, pioneering many of the sustainability techniques we use today.
