The future of factoring in Scotland

The Scottish Factoring Network Conference, taking place on 14 December, will reflect on the changing landscape of property factoring, including the implementation of the revised Code of Conduct.
The Scottish Factoring Network, a partnership between SFHA, SHARE and GWSF, exists to provide individuals and organisations that deliver factoring services a platform for shared learning and practice exchange.
Programme highlights include:
- Developing appropriate benchmarking for factoring services
- Scotland’s approach to fire safety
- Maintaining and improving Scotland’s tenement stock
- Barriers and solutions to residential cycle storage.
