The coronavirus pandemic has shown how essential it is that organisations are able to operate and offer services for tenants digitally.

Virtual Engagement Conference, 10 June 2021

Our Engagement Conference, taking place on 10 June, will hear from SCVO about the lessons it has learned from its first Digital Champions in Social Housing programme. The programme focuses on improving the lives of tenants living in social housing through digital means and aims to develop a network of 'digital champions' that are working in social housing across Scotland. The session will also explain how you can get involved in the next programme.

This ‘Knowledge Exchange’ session will run three times throughout the day and be led by SCVO’s Digital Participation Officer, Claire Sharpe, and Digital Participation Development Officer Rory Brown.

Benefits of attending the conference

  • Learn about tenant scrutiny and participation regulatory requirements

  • Explore the concept of the ‘customer experience’ and why it's important for customer service

  • Hear good practice examples of current customer engagement initiatives that your organisation could replicate.

New features and opportunities to interact

This conference is all about engagement, and our new virtual events platform, EventsAIR, allows for increased interaction. There will be live chat, questions, and polling as well as opportunities to ask your questions live on camera.

You will also be able to make connections with other delegates via speed networking and live meet-ups.
