After surviving the pandemic and then adapting to a new reality, we now find ourselves in the middle of a cost of living crisis, in addition to further challenges with legislation on rent controls. Housing associations are at the forefront of our thinking, and we are resolved to continuing to be here for you – whether that is for private finance, deposit strategies, investment solutions or however else we may assist you to deliver on your mission.
