Is everybody enjoying spooky season so far? Once again, I’ve got some exciting events coming up in the next few weeks for you to add to your calendar, including TSG and SFHA’s first (with many more to come) partner event.

Upcoming events:

1. Digital Strategy and Microsoft – I didn’t know it did that!
Virtual Webinar, Wednesday 2nd November, 14:0015:00

I am delighted to invite you to TSG’s first partner event with SFHA. During the session, we’ll be discussing how housing associations across the UK are using the Microsoft platform to streamline processes, meet governance and compliance requirements and maximise the return on investment from Microsoft licenses.

We’ll also be sharing how the housing associations we work with are moving infrastructure and applications to the cloud and how this can be achieved. To round up the session, we will be talking about key funding opportunities within Scotland. You can check out all the details and register here – I hope to see many of you there.

2. TSG Forum: Microsoft security made simple
Virtual Webinar, Wednesday 19th October, 10:0011:00

Last month, I invited you to attend our very popular security webinar, Making security simple. For those of you who missed it, don’t worry, drop info@tsg.com an email, and we’ll be happy to share the recording with you. As a follow-up to the session, I'd like to invite you to join TSG’s panel of security experts on Wednesday 19 October at 10:00 for an interactive session, discussing some key topics surrounding security in the Microsoft ecosystem.

This roundtable-style forum will introduce some bes-practice concepts through short presentations from each of our experts, before initiating peer-to-peer discussions around each of the topics, providing the opportunity for idea sharing and Q&A. By the end of this session, we hope to give you a clearer path towards building cyber resilience in your organisation and quick wins when it comes to bolstering your current security environment on the Microsoft platform.

You can register here.

September’s Lunch and Learn:

Microsoft Customer Voice in action: A spotlight on mhs homes

Our September Lunch and Learn was a cracker; Mandy, Emma and Paul from mhs homes joined us to share their experience of implementing Microsoft Customer Voice, with TSG's assistance, to automate customer surveys and get the most out of their M365 licence. Here’s just some ways in which mhs homes have benefitted from Microsoft Customer Voice:

  • increase in response volumes – in one month, responses had doubled compared to what was achieved via telephone surveys alone
  • better customer insight
  • ability to expand the range of surveys without having to fund additional resource
  • confidence in the new Microsoft-first survey platform.

If you’re curious to learn more about how Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Voice can help your organisation, please get in touch via info@tsg.com and we can share the recording with you and explore this together.

Final thoughts

As always, you can learn more about how we support the social housing sector here. If you believe we can help you at all, please don’t hesitate to get in touch directly or via Gary Dickson, SFHA Digital and Design Manager gdickson@sfha.co.uk I look forward to seeing some of you very soon.
