Following our 2023 webinar ‘Buying not Building’, which identified that members required more information on acquisitions, Scottish Government have now published further guidance on the National Acquisition Programme.
The guidance aims to clarify the process for identifying and taking forward acquisitions of existing homes through the Programme, and sets out how programme and wider reporting arrangements will operate.
