SFHA’s Our Sector, Our People Conference, taking place on 4 March, will discuss staff and board succession planning, housing as a career, sector culture, and diversity and inclusion.
People are at the heart of what we do, and our people shape our values, how we operate and how we, as a sector, are perceived. SFHA’s Housing Now, Housing’s Future: Our Sector, Our People Conference, taking place on 4 March, aims to explore and highlight different perspectives on the key issues facing our workplaces in 2021 and beyond.
The conference will discuss staff and board succession planning, housing as a career, sector culture, and diversity and inclusion.
The event will open will a session, led by Mark Brown of Dolphin Index, that will explore how the Scottish housing sector can become world leading in terms of culture, diversity and ethos and how to embed this within our organisations.
