SFHA is delighted to announce the shortlist for this year’s NextGen Leaders Award, recognising emerging talent and future leaders within Scotland’s housing sector.

As part of SFHA's 50th Anniversary, the NextGen Leaders award celebrates individuals who have shown exceptional promise, innovation and commitment early in their housing careers. The shortlisted nominees were selected from a strong field of candidates across the sector, each demonstrating leadership potential and a passion for making a difference in their communities.

The shortlisted candidates are:

  • Ryan Liddell - Hillcrest Housing Association
  • Mia Hastings - Kingdom Housing Association
  • Chloe Beech - Langstane Housing Association
  • Ben Keenan - Pineview Housing Association

The winner will be revealed at the SFHA Annual Conference, taking place on 10 and 11 June at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Glasgow.
