Changeworks is conducting research on the impact of dynamic time-of-use tariffs (TOU) on vulnerable consumers. This includes gauging understanding and awareness of these tariffs within housing associations.
SFHA members are therefore invited to take part in a short survey which should take only two minutes to complete. The survey closes on 4 November.
Knowledge of time-of-use tariffs is not required however the survey would be best suited to staff who are either directly involved in tenants’ energy tariffs/issues or those who are working more strategically within EESSH compliance.
