Effective Controls in a Remote Environment

Led by RSM’s Senior Manager, Angela Ward, this masterclass for governing body members will consider how the sector risks have changed, given our new remote working environment and the increased resilience on technology to perform our day-to-day operations.
As a board, there will be changes to the operational resilience of an organisation. This session will explore the compliance regime which is necessary for the board to be assured that sector risks have been captured and are being managed effectively.
