How can kindness make a difference to our working lives? Since the beginning of the pandemic, psychological safety, emotional intelligence and resilience have been considered more than ever before.

On Thursday 2 December, our 45-minute taster session will explore these concepts in a practical way through the lens of kindness – towards yourself and others – and the difference we can make to all our working lives.

The session will discuss:

  • simple actions we can take daily as individuals to bring to life the benefits of emotional intelligence, psychological safety and resilience
  • why these concepts are fundamental to our wellbeing as well as that of our staff and organisation
  • an upcoming events series which will explore these topics further.
