SFHA’s Engagement Conference, on 7 September, will explore best practice in engagement and participation and consider what good community investment looks like and how to implement it.

Researcher Rob Rowlands will join us at the event to lead its opening session on why research matters and why our organisations should do more of it.

The session will explain what practical research means, detailing the key skills we need to get to know our tenants more, so we can make a difference.

Rob is research coach and well-respected researcher with over 20 years of applied research. He has a long track record of working in public policy research.

He now supports and advises clients in conducting practical research that enables them to find and use the information they need to make a difference.

Who is the event for?

  • Staff working in tenant engagement and participation
  • Senior leaders
  • Board members who want to learn more about best practice
