SFHA response to Local Government, Housing and Planning Committee re SHR

The SFHA has submitted a response to the Local Government, Housing and Planning Committee.  The Committee had requested views in respect of its scrutiny of the Scottish Housing Regulator.

SFHA's response follows up from SFHA's evidence to the committee in late 2024 and the committee’s letter to the SHR in March.  The SHR subsequently responded to the Committee in June. The SFHA letter reflects that there has not been much time since the SHR response to notice any meaningful changes.
