The role marks the final stage in a series of organisational changes led by Chief Executive Audrey Simpson, designed to strengthen Cairn’s culture, invest in its people and build a forward thinking, high performing organisation. These changes bring an enhanced focus on leadership development, employee engagement and performance, ensuring Cairn continues to deliver great services to tenants across Scotland.
Jo brings extensive senior experience delivering complex, cultural and transformational change across the Scottish and UK Government, NHS, local authorities and national charities. She has a strong track record of leading organisations and teams to thrive by strengthening leadership, building workforce capability and ensuring people are equipped to deliver high quality services for those they support.
Jo previously held a non-executive director role on the board of LinkLiving.
