The SFHA Collaborative Careers network’s core purpose is to share ideas and find solutions to attracting, retaining and developing staff within the housing sector.

At our February meeting we will take a closer look into empowering a digitally confident workforce as technology is now central to how housing organisations deliver safe, efficient and personcentred services but many staff still feel unsure or overwhelmed by digital change.

This short session, led by Stephanie Elliot, Head of Operations – Smart Housing, will explore practical ways to build digital confidence across teams,  from new entrants to experienced colleagues. Stephanie will share simple, peoplefocused approaches that help staff feel supported, capable and ready to use digital tools that improve tenant outcomes.

The network will take place online on Thursday 12 February from 1400-1500 and would be of interest to SFHA members whose remit involves attracting new talent to the housing sector and developing and retaining staff.

We would also like to encourage young professionals or those new to the sector to attend.
